We are looking for someone responsible for implementing, managing, and ensuring the accuracy of our tracking systems across various platforms. Your expertise will enable us to accurately attribute conversions and assess the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, helping us to make informed decisions and improve ROI for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage tracking solutions across a variety of platforms including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Call Tracking Metrics (CTM), Agency Analytics, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools. Work closely with the web development team to ensure proper tracking codes are implemented on websites and landing pages. Configure and maintain accurate attribution models to track conversions and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple channels. Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any issues. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their goals and provide insights and recommendations based on tracking data. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in tracking technology and analytics best practices. Integrate tracking systems with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to ensure seamless data flow and attribution across all marketing and sales activities. Utilize CRM data to refine attribution models and enhance campaign targeting and personalization. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in tracking technology, analytics best practices, and CRM integration strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Call Tracking Metrics, and Agency Analytics. Basic understanding of web development principles and the ability to work closely with development teams for tracking code implementation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of seo, ppc, and digital marketing strategies is a plus. Familiarity with additional analytics and attribution tools (suggest any specific tools you deem necessary, e.g., Facebook Pixel, Adobe Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical team members. Familiarity with additional analytics, attribution tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Additional Skills and Knowledge (Nice to Have): Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies. Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations related to digital tracking (e.g., gdpr, ccpa).
