We are looking to add someone to help manage the flow of projects and jobs in our team!
You will handle:
Job Assignments - Assigning files/jobs/projects to translators to ensure completion while constantly communicating with them
Content Management - Manage and handle content creation for the sites of our clients to make sure content is created, social media is posted and so forth
General Translations and proofreading - When needed and available, proofread files in English, Portuguese from Brazil and Portugal as well as translate them
Invoicing - Confirm invoices to make sure they are paid in time and they are billed correctly
Hiring people when needed and so forth
We are looking for candidates with some experience and affordable rates! We may add two assistants/coordinators for these tasks
- Speak English and Portuguese at a native level or Spanish and English at a native level.
If you speak English/Portuguese and Spanish fluently, then we need you!
- Availability of at least 40 hours per week, which includes part of the weekends when needed, not always
- Microsoft Office and a PDF editor
- Stable Internet connection
