Shopee Malaysia E-commerce Specialist for Kumon Toy Store Launch & Operational Handover

Koike Co., Ltd. (Japan), the official distributor of kumon toy, is seeking a highly skilled e-commerce expert for a 2-month short-term project. The primary objective is to successfully launch and stabilize our official store on Shopee Malaysia, establishing a robust operational framework for future local staff.

This role is crucial as we plan to hire a permanent local staff member in the near future. The specialist will be responsible for setting up a high-performing store, managing initial operations, and establishing a clear process for a smooth handover.

Scope of Work includes:

Store Setup & Product Listing: Professional decoration of the Shopee store and comprehensive registration of all SKUs with optimized SEO to maximize visibility and sales.

2-Month Operation: Initial hands-on management of Shopee Ads, strategic campaign execution, and handling basic customer service inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience and initial sales momentum.

Operational Framework: Development and documentation of a daily workflow, along with a simple guide/manual, to facilitate efficient operations for our future local staff.

Handover: A brief, comprehensive consultation and handover session at the conclusion of the 2-month project to ensure a seamless transition of all established processes and knowledge.

Requirements:

Location: Candidates must be based in Malaysia and possess extensive experience with the local Shopee marketplace dynamics.

Experience: A proven track record of successful e-commerce store launches and operational management is essential.

Skill: Demonstrated ability to create organized workflows and clear documentation for effective knowledge transfer and handovers.

Language: Professional proficiency in both English and Malay is required for effective communication and market engagement.
