Hi, I am looking for someone to modernize  abilityclassifieds
The site is there, it needs to be copied and made user-friendly with 15 new features and functions, I will not pay per hour. I want a fixed price for a deadline.
And you must be contactable by phone as well. If not forget it! I am so over being made promise after promise. I don't want a crappy word press site either, they all look the same very BORING.


The site is CRAP, it is not responsive and very outdated,  even the windows are not widescreen. I want a new site that can accommodate the new features that I require.  There are about 20.


The platform is already there. It just has to look more modern and professional, and it has to be user-friendly.
At the moment it is disgusting on IOS and Android.

I also want it hosted on Digital Ocean
