Nesecito un sistema que pueda gestionar un siniestro automotriz desde principio a fin. Administrar perfiles de usuarios, autenticacion, permitir ingresar datos personales con un crud, etc. Debe tambien validar una poliza e ingresar un siniestro y mucho mas.

Adjunto documento del caso para mas detalles.
Lenguaje de programacion: django con oracle, debe ser sistema web.
