Sou infoProdutor, tenho um treinamento online em formato de vídeos e ensino Corretores de Imóveis a usarem ferramentas e processos do marketing Digital como:

- Registrar domínios
- hospedar sites no GoDaddy, Hostgator
- Instalar e configurar Wordpress
- instalar e configurar OptimizPress
- Utilizar Optimizepress
- FanPages
- Painel de anúncios do Facebook
- Painel de anúncios do Google
- Painel Administrativo do youtube


Meu treinamento ensina todas essas ferramentas, porém iniciantes podem precisar de ajuda por serem inexperientes com o mundo digital.

Preciso que o Agente de suporte ajude usuários que acessarão o suporte de ajuda por meio do Chat Zopim/Zendesk.

O agente também poderá resolver e ajudar usuários com TeamView ou outro acesso remoto.
