We are seeking a skilled lead generation specialist to identify and acquire high-quality leads for potential property sellers in specific regions of New South Wales, Australia. As a real estate agent, I need to connect with homeowners and investors who are either looking to sell their properties immediately or are actively considering selling in the near future. The target areas include Wentworthville, Pendle Hill, Westmead, and Parramatta. The ideal freelancer will develop and execute strategies to find individuals who are actively searching for real estate agents or engaging with platforms similar to Open Agent and Ignite, where sellers submit requests to connect with agents. The goal is to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads to expand our client base in these key Western Sydney suburbs. This project requires expertise in market research, data collection, and understanding of the real estate lead generation landscape.
