Eu tenho uma planilha que gera orçamentos.

Gostaria que a planilha tivesse um recurso no qual esse orçamento é salvo em PDF e enviado para um e-mail, gerando também um registro dessa operação em outra aba.

Essa macro deve funcionar no MAC e também se compatível com os principais provedores de e-mail. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, etc.
