Position: Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Monday-Friday, 8 Hours Per Day) Are you ready to join a dynamic and fast-growing home cleaning business? We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a full-time role requiring your full attention and commitment during the workday, ensuring the business runs smoothly, clients are happy, and we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Communication & Sales (Inbound & Outbound) Handle all inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and converting leads into clients. Follow up with all leads (phone, email, and text) from platforms like Facebook, Thumbtack, and email campaigns. Push for recurring memberships by pitching clients after their initial service or during follow-ups. Promote services in Facebook groups and other platforms to drive business and increase sales. 2. Lead & Client Follow-Up Consistently follow up with previous leads via calls, texts, and emails, offering promotions and discounts to convert them into paying clients. Communicate with clients post-service to gather feedback and encourage 5-star reviews on platforms like Google. 3. Scheduling & Route Management Assign cleaning jobs and routes to cleaners, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. No cleaning appointment should go unfilled. Track the status of cleaners, ensuring they are on the way to their assigned jobs each day and arrive on time. Coordinate with supervisors and communicate clearly between the cleaning staff, clients, and management to resolve any issues promptly. 4. Marketing & SEO Support Assist with SEO and social media marketing, ensuring our website and online presence are optimized for search engines and our social media platforms remain active and engaging. Help with content creation for social media, engaging posts, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth. 5. Administrative Duties Data entry for client and job details, tracking cleaner hours, and maintaining client records. Track inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for reordering. Ensure clear communication between all team members, particularly between the cleaning staff and management, to address any concerns immediately. Report preparation, providing updates on performance metrics such as client satisfaction, lead conversion, and recurring membership sign-ups. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent phone communication skills: You must have a pleasant and professional voice with the ability to engage clients and handle objections or concerns. Reliability and time management: This is a full-time role. You are expected to be available and focused during your working hours (8 hours per day). No multitasking with other jobs. Organized and detail-oriented: You must keep track of multiple tasks, follow up with leads, manage schedules, and handle data entry efficiently. Sales-driven mindset: You should be comfortable pushing for sales and recurring memberships during client follow-ups. Experience with CRM software: Knowledge of Booking Koala or similar platforms is a huge bonus. Knowledge of the cleaning industry: While not required, any prior experience in the cleaning business is a plus. Social media and SEO skills: Basic knowledge of SEO and social media marketing to help promote the business and manage online presence.
