We are looking for a Crypto Trader for a Crypto Investment Fund

Hello everyone. We started our Crypto Investment Fund a weeks ago. We are now in a phase when we are trying some traders.
In a first phase we tried with only spot trades, now we are looking with traders with experience in this exchanges: Binance, Kucoin, BitMart, with experience and good results with futures trading and spot trading. I want you to keep focus in 2 things. First, The Bitcoin price fluctuation: This is to know how market is going and can predict shorts and only get out of the market at a good time.
You have to know or learn the cyclical movements of the market.  Second, trading Altcoins, doing futures and/or spot trading. We will be clearly, this is a Crypto Fund in a early phase.
We actually manage less than 6 figures. We have some traders in the trial phase now. What is this phase? I will give you a week to proof you are capable to make 30% profit.
I will be managing how are you doing it, because it's more than the results, I will evaluate how do you trade. If you reach the goal, you will pass to the second phase, and depending of how did you made it, we will give you more details. Finally in the third phase you will be one of the principal traders to manage the fund.


Being Clearly, we are aiming to do 120%- 200% monthly. That becomes into a 30%-50% weekly, in a cryptomarket I think this is totally possible, I personally did it. You will be rewarded with the 30% of the net profits.
But if you reach the goal we are looking for, we have a bonus for you. All payments will be in USDT or the crypto or your selection.
