We are requesting an experienced Civl Engineer

We are requesting an experienced civl engineer or architect that can perform drywall & framing quantity takeoffs from a pdf viewer application and can tabulate all quantities onto a excel base spreadsheet that we will provide according to our format. All work must be done in our spreadsheet & formal.
Next, what we need specifically, and how all takeoffs must be performed and designated is according to the wall types that are shown & specified on the plans and in the architectural typical sections plan sheets along. Moreover, full description, sizes, and the number of components must all be accounted and tabulated unto our spreadsheet along with all measurements and quantities.

Components of all Walls & Ceilings Takeoffs:

1.) Sheeting Type & Thickness Req'd    -  (Type X, Fire Rated, and Mold & Water Resistant)
----sizes come in 1/2", 5/8," etx.
2.) Metal Gauge Size & Thickness Req'd,
----sizes come in 1/2", 2 1/2", 3 5/8", 6", etc.
3.) Metal Studs Spacing
--- @16"oc or @24"oc
4.) Rigid Insulation or Battery Insulation Req'd
----sizes come in 1/2" Foiled Faced Rigid Insul (R-5), 4" Batt Insulation (R-11), & 6" Batt Insul, (R-19), etc.
5.) Exterior Walls Sheeting & Framing Component must also be accounted as part of the takeoffs we are requesting.

requirements & background:
we need a civil engineer or architect with bachelor’s degree from major university with 5 years experience in the construction industry specializing in project management and building estimation. Must be able to provide samples of project estimation he/she has completed in the past or recently.
Must be detailed oriented and pay attention to detailed and account as much information into takeoffs he/she is providing. Finally, all takeoffs performed must be illustrated on colored PDF plans where he/she can demonstrate and convey how he/she performed and derived all takeoffs and quantities. Colored PDF takeoffs must show a legend of all the wall types found and accounted.

Must be able to read & write English and be able to read the specification on Plans in English. Also must be able to work in English Units (Square Feet, Linear Feet, Cubic Yards, etc.). All work must be done in: in, sf, lf, etc. No work is to be performed in SI international or Metric units.
