Need a website and an app that will be used to search a keyword in multiple sites and text files

-1) search a keyword or key phrase:
1.1) in multiple sites, to be selected by customer:
1.1.1) Use Google only
1.1.2) User defined sites (user could define using the site/app) and
1.2) in PDF, Word and TXT files that user can upload to website

-2) Results are to be presented to user in the website /app
2.1) with complete information of where it was found (it also must show the document and page where it was found - for all results)
2.2) User can select which results he will use (checkbox)
2.3) User can define whether to export to Word file

-3) Must use Object Oriented
-4) Must use Python 3
-5) Need the source and a quick manual to read the file
-6) Need files (duly #commented!) to present to professor

-7) On your anwser please inform the price to develop the Site and the App (Android and iOS) separately, AND the price to develop for both (ie site and app)

Project overview

User will first register into the site. Once registered will be able to search for a keyword in the internet (using Google and customer defined sites) , and selected pdf,txt or word files and return a list of all paragrahps where the keyword was found. Customer will then be able to select which portions of the results he will export to Word document.
