Our dental clinic group, with 3 locations, is seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a comprehensive solution to manage leads from WhatsApp. We currently lose potential clients due to slow response times, especially outside business hours. We already utilize GoHighLevel CRM and require an integrated system. Key project requirements include: - Development of a WhatsApp chatbot capable of instant replies, asking qualifying questions, and seamlessly saving lead information directly into our GoHighLevel CRM. - Implementation of automation rules to accurately tag each new lead and route them to the appropriate clinic location based on predefined criteria. - Creation of a simple, intuitive dashboard using
