Youtube channel project (New Zealand)

Hi! I am starting a new Youtube channel and I need someone to edit the videos! Here's a little more info about the project:

- The videos are in English, and will require an advanced English level (must know common slang), but if you're English isn't perfect then please still apply - I can always fill in the gaps where something is unclear
- I will be posting 4 times a month, the material I will send to you will usually be between 15-45 minutes and most of the big work will be putting it all together
- The topics of the videos are about New Zealand. They are mostly informative (sit down and talk videos) which means I need some help from the editor to make them more dynamic / less static, so ideally you are being creative and proactive in adding things to make the video more visually pleasing
- I am hoping to find someone who is communicative, open and interested in working with me long term
- I also need thumbnails to be designed for each video. I will send the editor instructions and photos of what is necessary but would also appreciate if the editor has some knowledge about Youtube thumbnails and how to make them stand out so we can work together on this
