Youtube Monetization Manager

We're looking for a YouTube Monetization Manager who will be responsible for taking our new channel to monetization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully monetizing YouTube channels and be able to demonstrate their previous work.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a monetization strategy for the YouTube channel.
Analyze the channel's content and make recommendations for improvements that can increase monetization potential.
Manage the YouTube Partner Program application process and ensure all requirements are met.
Stay up to date with YouTube's monetization policies and guidelines and ensure the channel is in compliance.
Work with the production team to create content that is optimized for monetization.
Provide regular reports on monetization performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:

Previous experience in successfully monetizing YouTube channels.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through YouTube monetization.
Deep knowledge of YouTube's monetization policies and guidelines.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Availability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the channel's monetization strategy.
