You’ll: Develop and implement strategies to make everything we do smoother, faster, and more profitable. Lead, guide, and inspire your team to reach their full potential. Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines and deliverables. Prepare clear, engaging business reports and presentations for management. Find and make improvements to our processes that will make us even better. Pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. Requirements Excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening). Comfortable with tech tools like QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Slack (or ready to learn!).
