Perform bank reconciliations for our retail grocery store and other businesses using QuickBooks. - Ensure all transactions (sales, expenses, vendor payments) are accurately recorded and reconciled with bank statements. - Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. - Maintain organized digital records and provide weekly/monthly reconciliation reports. - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed (e.g., Categorizing expenses, tracking cash flow). - Collaborate with our US team via email and occasional video calls.
