Affiliate / Ib Program Manager, Forex/Prop Firm (Remote, non-Us/Ca)

We're a forex/prop trading firm (MetaTrader 5 challenge accounts) building our affiliate and IB program from the ground up. We're seeking an experienced affiliate/IB manager to launch and run it.
What you'll do:

Recruit and onboard quality affiliates and IBs (trading educators, YouTube/Telegram/Discord creators, review sites, regional Ibs) across latam, mena, se asia and europe.
Design commission tiers (CPA, rev-share, hybrid, sub-affiliate override) that reward quality over volume.
Set up and manage tracking, postbacks/attribution and reporting.
Implement fraud and quality controls (chargeback monitoring, clawback, NET-30/60 holds).
Drive registration-to-funded conversions and report net revenue.

Must have: proven experience running an affiliate/IB program in forex, CFDs, prop, crypto or iGaming; hands-on with tracking tools (Cellxpert, Income Access, Trackier, Everflow or similar) and commission logic; an instinct for fraud; fluent English. Portuguese and/or Spanish a strong plus.
Important: we do not target the US or Canada—exclude those markets.
How we work: short PAID test task, then a milestone-based contract, with a possible ongoing monthly retainer plus performance commission.
