tickets.com.br and requires a proactive individual with strong research and negotiation skills. The selected professional will be responsible for covering the following airports: Rio de Janeiro (gig, sdu) and são paulo (gru, congonhas airport (cgh), viracopos airport (campinas)).
PHASE 1: Airport Advertising Opportunity Research and Documentation
The first phase involves thorough on-site research and detailed documentation of all potential advertising spaces within the assigned airports. This requires a meticulous approach to identify every available opportunity and gather critical information.
Deliverables for Phase 1 MUST include:
- A video walkthrough of all airport advertising areas, providing a comprehensive visual overview.
- Multiple high-quality photos of each identified advertising space, accompanied by precise location details.
- Screenshots or recordings of contact information for advertising decision-makers at each airport.
- A detailed written report specifying the size, exact location, visibility, and estimated rates for each advertising opportunity.
- A list of names, emails, and phone numbers for key advertising managers.
- Information on current advertisers present in each airport.
- Your professional assessment and recommendation for each advertising opportunity, highlighting its potential value.
PHASE 2: Client Review and Opportunity Approval
Upon completion of Phase 1, we will thoroughly review all submitted research and video materials. Based on this, we will select the specific advertising opportunities we wish to pursue. We will then provide you with an approved list of target spaces and opportunities. PHASE 3: Advertising Placement Negotiation and Agreement
Only after receiving our explicit approval from Phase 2, you will proceed to contact the approved advertising decision-makers. Your role will be to present the
tickets.com.br proposal for the selected opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and placement details, and work diligently towards securing signed agreements or confirmed placement contracts.

- Regular negotiation progress reports, summarizing email communications and call outcomes.
- Copies of all signed agreements or confirmed placement contracts.
- Detailed documentation of all payment and contract terms.
