Ambitious Creator Programme Manager for Uk Fca-Regulated Insurance Broker

Spirit Protection, a uk fca-regulated broker specialising in income protection and life insurance, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented creator programme manager. The primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive creator programme from inception. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and performance-based strategies. Key activities will include identifying and recruiting suitable content creators, developing clear guidelines and compensation structures (100% performance-based), overseeing content creation, tracking campaign performance, and optimising strategies to drive lead generation and sales for our insurance products. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, proactive, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills to build successful, long-term creator relationships.
