Appoint Setters/ Roofing and Solar Business

Job Description:

We’re searching for a highly-skilled appointment setter/chat support person to contribute to our teams growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative authority in the roofing industry.

We primarily sell Roof Protection, Roof Replacements, Solar Panels, Window Replacements, Gutter Guards etc
The ideal candidate will have strong phone skills and crm experience. He/She will be expected to chat with inbound leads on a regular basis, ensuring all home service leads get booked into our schedule.
Objectives of this Role:
*Provide chat support to inbound homeowners
*Call inbound leads to qualify and set appointments
*Work with our crm system to keep our pipelien flowing (gohighlevel)
*Establish and maintain relationships with the CEO, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
*Chat with incoming leads over sms and phone using our CRM
*Report project outcomes and/or risks in our CRM as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

Skills and Qualifications:
*Appointment setting experience
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Very strong english speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
*Strong attention to details, deadlines and budgetary guidelines
*Experience using Notion, clickup, trello, basecamp, asana, or monday
*Hours - 9-5pm Eastern US Standard
*Independent, Quite Work Space
*Fast Internet
*Headset
*Laptop (Macbooks are a plus)
