Job Description:

Must Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling, B2B lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, or a comparable role
Excellent English proficiency—both verbally and in writing. Must sound natural and articulate when speaking with U.S. Business prospects
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound appointment targets, with consistent performance data or metrics
Strong phone presence, confidence in cold calling, and ability to handle objections professionally and persuasively
Lead qualification skills—experience evaluating prospects based on need, fit, and readiness to engage

Additional (Preferred) Qualifications:

CRM proficiency—comfortable with logging calls, tracking progress, and generating updates in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Close, OpenPhone, or similar platforms
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing time and scheduling appointments across multiple calendars
Resilient and self-motivated, able to stay positive and persistent under high rejection rates and work in a target-driven environment
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and ability to learn team tools quickly
Reliable remote work setup, including a quiet workspace, stable high-speed internet, a dedicated laptop or desktop, and a noise‑cancelling headset
Availability to work within target time zone hours, such as U.S. Business hours, if engaging U.S. Prospects
Exposure to industry-specific products/services (Solar)
