We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and personable Appointment Setter / Sales VA to join our fast-growing Canadian fitness studio with two locations - Evolution Chamber.
Your main role will be to engage with warm leads, re-engage past members, handle inbound calls, and perform proactive outreach to keep our calendar full.
This is a high-energy, sales-focused role — not just an admin job.
???? Responsibilities
Cold Outreach (3 hrs 30 mins/day)
DM people on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok who have interacted with our content
Call current members to request referrals
Call old members to reactivate them
Cold call past leads to re-engage
Calling Leads (2 hrs/day)
Call new leads within 5 minutes of receiving them (2x/day)
Book them into a free in-person assessment
Retention (30 mins/day)
Call members to build hype for events
Text/call current members to check in and offer further help
Lead Nurturing & Customer Service (TIme based)
Call to confirm bookings on the day of
Reschedule missed bookings
Answer inbound sales/customer service calls professionally and convert inquiries into bookings

5–10+ new bookings per day
50+ proactive outbound messages per week
10+ referral requests per day
20+ reactivation contacts per week
???? Compensation
Base Pay: $600 cad/month ($440 usd)
commission: $3 cad per completed appointment that shows up ($2.20 USD)
Current Earnings: ~$1,000 CAD/month at current booking volume ($660 USD)
Top Performer Potential: $1,100+ CAD/month with higher volume ($800+ USD)
? Requirements
Very fluent English with a neutral or North American accent (no strong regional inflection)
Confident on the phone with strong objection-handling skills
At least 1 year of sales or appointment-setting experience (fitness industry a plus)
Stable internet connection & quiet workspace for calls
Ability to follow a proven script while sounding natural and engaging
Strong work ethic and self-motivation — you’ll be working remotely but expected to hit daily/weekly targets

Full-time: 6/day, Monday–Saturday (36 hours/week) (Philippines night shift to match Canadian business hours)
