We develop technology that simplifies sales communications. We help businesses communicate better with their customers in order to improve their sales.

Do you love performing administrative tasks? You have an extreme attention to detail and have profficient skills in google sheets and using internet tools.

We're seeking a billing representative to join our team. You'll be expected to Bill all our clients.

Time required: 4-6 hours per day at the beginning (maybe more). And after some time it may increase or decrease.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Use “Planhat”, our CRM, to manage all the new customers billing process.




Including
Update our databases with the contract info, responsibles into the customers, etc.
Use Google sheets to keep track of every invoice created
Use Local invoice systems like: Facturacionweb, FacturacionenLinea, Stripe, Paypal. Etc.





Create invoices
Send invoices.
Change invoices.

Ensure all the information is correctly updated on our databases.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Profficient use of Google Sheets (Know-How in formulas. Queries will be a plus)
High attention to detail.
