Somos uma empresa de web. Possuímos uma plataforma de e-commerce e um sistema de reservas para hotéis. Buscamos profissional para fazer atendimento a clientes via telefone, ticket (Zendesk) e chat on-line.
O profissional deverá conhecer nossas ferramentas para poder prestar suporte técnico aos usuários. Os sistemas são bastante intuitivos permitindo um rápido aprendizado. Eventualmente, o profissional também fará treinamentos via Skype com novos clientes.
Tirar dúvidas de clientes em potencial, follow-up comercial entre outras também farão parte das atividades desse profissional.
