We are looking for one highly capable B2B sales closer to sell our logistics platform to ecommerce companies in the United States.
Our company Helixium is a shipping platform that allows ecommerce businesses to generate shipping labels at competitive rates with multiple carriers.
We position ourselves as an alternative to platforms like Shippo, Pirate Ship, and ShipStation, focused on helping businesses reduce shipping costs and simplify logistics operations.
Target Customers
The salesperson will focus on closing businesses that ship between 1,000 and 3,000 packages per month or more.
Typical clients include:
• Shopify / WooCommerce stores
• Fulfillment centers (3PL)
• Medium-size ecommerce companies
• Businesses shipping daily orders across the U.S.
Leads
Leads will primarily come from Meta Ads campaigns, so this role focuses on closing qualified prospects, not cold outreach.
However, the salesperson may also prospect additional opportunities if desired.
We need specifically people with sales experience, if you do not have sales experience, please do not apply.
Closing multiple clients compounds your income.
Responsibilities
• Contact inbound leads from our marketing campaigns
• Understand each prospect's shipping needs and current logistics setup
• Present the Helixium platform as an alternative to Shippo / Pirate Ship / ShipStation
• Provide shipping cost estimates
• Close new clients
• Assist new clients during onboarding
• Register clients inside the Helixium platform
Tools Provided
The salesperson will have access to our internal platform where they can:
• Create and manage clients
• Generate shipping quotes
• Track shipments generated by their clients
• Track commissions in real time
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with experience in at least one of these areas:
• B2B sales
• Ecommerce tools or SaaS
• Logistics / shipping / fulfillment
• Selling services to ecommerce companies
The ideal candidate:
• Is comfortable closing inbound leads
• Can clearly explain logistics and shipping solutions
• Has strong communication skills
• Is comfortable working in a commission-based role
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset
Requirements
• Must be available to respond to leads between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (u.S. Business hours)
• Must have strong written and spoken ENGLISH AND SPANISH
• Must work exclusively with Helixium in the logistics/shipping category during the collaboration
Performance Expectations
Expected performance:
• Close 2–3 new clients per month
• Target clients shipping 1,000–3,000 packages per month or more
