Bilingual Client Care & Operations Assistant for Online Coaching Business (Kajabi a plus)

Hi! I'm hiring for a client I really love, a small online coaching business, and I'm looking for bilingual candidates in Latin America for a part-time Client Care & Operations Assistant role.

What you'd do: take care of the client inbox, scheduling and Zoom links, student onboarding, uploading call replays and keeping course materials organized in Kajabi, simple Canva updates, and some light video editing. They'll train you on their systems.

What they're looking for:
- 1+ year supporting a coach, course creator or online business (a big plus if you've worked in Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Skool or similar)
- Comfortable with tech and quick to learn new tools. Video editing experience (CapCut, Descript, Premiere) is a bonus
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1+)
- Organized, warm with clients, and someone who speaks up early

Details: 20 hrs/week to start with room to grow, flexible weekdays, within 2 hours of US Central time, $8 to $12/hr.
