Bilingual Executive Sales Assistant & Live Translator for Insurance Agency

We are seeking an elite, trustworthy, and completely bilingual (English/Spanish) Executive Sales & Marketing Assistant in Venezuela to act as a right-hand partner for a US-based insurance agency. This is a part-time position (10–12 hours per week) with an incredible bonus structure for someone who can execute at a high level. Compensation Structure: Base Pay: $5.00 / hour. Set Bonus: +$20.00 for every confirmed calendar appointment you schedule. Sales Bonus: +$100.00 for every appointment you set or translate that results in an insurance sale (Life, Health, Annuities). Core Responsibilities: 1. Live Presentation Translation: Join live sales calls with the primary agent to translate seamlessly between English (for the agent) and Spanish (for the client) to help close bilingual deals. 2. Lead Generation & Multi-Channel Outreach: Cold call, text, and email provided insurance leads. Create and manage TikTok and Facebook business accounts to source organic leads via DM outreach. 3. Operations & Data Management: Build and maintain spreadsheets, keep organized records of logins/passwords, and manage data entry inside our CRM. 4. Client Relationship Management: Follow up with existing prospects, answer basic questions, and keep the sales pipeline moving. Strict Requirements: Flawless Bilingualism: Perfect, accent-free, or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish with the ability to translate live on the spot without hesitation. Extreme Privacy & Trust: You will be handling spreadsheets, passwords, and sensitive client information. Absolute discretion and organizational skills are non-negotiable. Infrastructure Reliability: You must possess high-speed internet and an active power backup solution (UPS/Inverter) to avoid dropouts during live client presentations. Sales Drive: Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or translation services.
