Verview:
We’re looking for a sharp, bilingual (English/Spanish) Executive Assistant to help support the CEO, coordinate teams, and keep our solar and roofing business running smoothly. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and proactive, this is your chance to grow with one of the fastest-growing companies in the home improvement space.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Admin Support
Manage payroll, commissions, and company revenue using Google Sheets/Excel

Book and organize personal/business appointments for the CEO

Answer and place phone calls on behalf of the CEO

Keep calendars, documents, and internal communications organized

Customer Service (Spanish & English)
Speak with Spanish-speaking customers to rebook appointments or follow up

Answer basic service questions and coordinate with internal teams

Act as a translator when needed between clients and sales staff

Team Coordination
Keep sales, call center, and ad teams updated with current leads and info

Track appointments, sits, closes, and send out daily/weekly performance updates

Support onboarding and provide schedules, documents, and logins for new reps

CRM Assistance
Help build and maintain CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Assign leads, automate reminders, and generate reports

Experience with CRMs is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)

Strong with Google Sheets/Excel

Detail-oriented, responsive, and independent

Comfortable working with sales data and communicating with multiple teams

Experience with CRMs, customer service, or solar/roofing industries is a bonus
