We’re a U.S.-Based marketing agency seeking a bilingual virtual assistant from Argentina or Uruguay to support our team 3 hours per day (Monday–Friday) at $700/month.

Core responsibilities include:

Scheduling and light engagement on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Guiding new clients through onboarding forms, portal setup, and asset collection.

Updating dashboards/CRM and keeping client portals current.

Occasional email follow-ups or light outreach to prospects.

We’ll provide training materials, SOPs, and clear processes. We’d like to start as soon as possible.

Project overview

We’re growing our marketing and SEO agency and need someone reliable, detail-oriented and fluent in English + Spanish. This role is part-time but ongoing, with potential for increased hours or responsibilities later. You’ll work directly with our strategist / 9 am–12 pm ET with a 1-hour overlap daily for real-time handoffs. We value initiative, strong communication, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
