We are a credit card processing business based in Los Angeles, specializing in helping small business owners eliminate their monthly processing fees through a compliant and legal dual pricing (cash discount) program. Our goal is to significantly expand our presence in the small business market, particularly within the automotive service sector, including auto repair shops, smog stations, and tire shops. Many of these businesses are Hispanic-owned and bilingual, making cultural understanding and language proficiency crucial for successful engagement.To achieve this expansion, we are looking to build a small, dedicated outbound calling team based in Mexico. The primary responsibility of this team will be to warm up leads and schedule in-person appointments for our sales representatives. It is important to note that these calls are not hard sales; rather, they are introductory conversations designed to build rapport, confirm that the merchant accepts credit cards, and generate sufficient interest to secure a brief 10-15 minute in-person appointment.During these appointments, our representatives will explain the dual pricing program in detail and demonstrate its benefits to the business owners.The ideal telemarketer for this long-term opportunity will possess the following qualifications and attributes: They must speak fluent Spanish and conversational English to effectively communicate with our target demographic. Candidates should understand how to make outbound business calls professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. The ability to follow a script while speaking naturally and comfortably is essential for authentic interactions. Furthermore, candidates must be able to work remotely from home, possessing a stable internet connection and crystal clear audio for consistent call quality. Comfort with Google Sheets, Excel, or other CRM tools for logging calls and managing lead information is required. A key performance indicator will be the ability to set at least 1-2 qualified in-person appointments per day with small business owners in Los Angeles county.We are looking to start with one or two agents and anticipate expanding the team over time.
