We are the Atlanta International AI Film Festival (AIAIFF), a fast-growing creative startup at the intersection of film, creativity, and artificial intelligence. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Bilingual Personal Assistant to support our founder.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the founder's schedule, handling communications (emails, calls), organizing documents, conducting research, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations as the startup expands. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Managing email correspondence and drafting communications
- Organizing files and information
- Conducting research on industry trends, contacts, or specific topics
- Assisting with preparation for meetings and events
- Handling phone calls and other communications
- General administrative support
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Enthusiasm for the startup environment, creativity, and emerging technologies like AI
This is an hourly position requiring dedicated support to help our founder navigate the demands of a dynamic startup environment. We are looking for a reliable partner to contribute to the success of AIAIFF.
