Bilingual Remote Lead Generation and Customer Service Representatives for Us Tech Company

We are a U.S. Technology company, Snapwasher, specializing in pickup and delivery laundry services, seeking to hire two dedicated bilingual remote representatives based in Colombia. These roles are integral to our growth and involve approximately 20 hours of work per week, with the intention of establishing a long-term working relationship. The primary focus will be on contacting inbound leads who have already shown interest in our services. Responsibilities include making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups with potential customers, driver applicants, and business prospects interested in Snapwasher territory opportunities. Key tasks involve phone calls, lead qualification, providing excellent customer service, setting appointments, consistent follow-up, and diligently updating our CRM system. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, demonstrating excellent spoken English. Preferred experience includes working with U.S. Customers, sales, customer service, BPO environments, call centers, or appointment setting. Compensation is offered at $6 to $8 USD per hour, depending on experience and English proficiency, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Applicants must possess a reliable computer, high-speed internet access, a professional headset, and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
