I am seeking a highly organized and proactive bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish-English) to assist with establishing a business presence and locating a suitable property in Mérida, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity with local legal requirements for business registration and operations in Mexico, as well as knowledge of the real estate market in Mérida, specifically for short-term rental properties like Airbnb.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and navigating the legal process for setting up a business entity in Mexico.
- Assisting with gathering required documentation and potentially liaising with local authorities or legal professionals.
- Conducting thorough research to identify properties in Mérida suitable for Airbnb operation.
- Contacting real estate agents or property owners to gather information and potentially schedule virtual viewings.
- Organizing and maintaining records of legal processes, property details, and communications.
- Providing general administrative support related to the business setup and property search.
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential. Familiarity with Mérida and its local context will be a significant advantage. This is an hourly project requiring dedicated support for these specific tasks.
