This is a client-facing bookkeeping role that blends technical accounting work with relationship management. You’ll be responsible for: Accurately maintaining financial records (bookkeeping, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution). Acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned small business clients. Providing customer support through multiple channels (chat, email, phone). Proactively identifying and solving issues to ensure client satisfaction. Using digital tools (e.g., Bench App, Salesforce, Slack) to collaborate internally and deliver high-quality work. Ideal Candidate: Has at least 2 years of experience in U.S. Bookkeeping or tax. Is detail-oriented and tech-savvy. Comfortable with cloud-based accounting platforms like QuickBooks or Xero. Based in the Philippines and able to work U.S. Hours. It’s a remote-first, mission-driven environment focused on small business success.
