Brazilian Portuguese Speaker for Customer Discovery Calls

We are seeking a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker to assist us in conducting brief customer discovery calls with our users in Brazil. This is a straightforward freelance remote assignment, focusing purely on gathering insights without any sales or cold calling involved. No specialized research experience is necessary.

Our users are already anticipating these calls and are enthusiastic about participating. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in friendly conversations, guided by a script that we will provide.

Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and conduct Zoom calls with Brazilian users.
* Ask pre-defined questions regarding their experience with our product.
* Record all calls.
* Submit the audio recording along with a transcript after each completed call.

We Will Provide:
* A comprehensive list of questions (in English, which you can naturally adapt into Portuguese).
* User contact details and initial introductions.
* Full guidance and ongoing support throughout the project.

Call Format:
* Approximately 10 calls in total.
* Each call is expected to last between 15 to 25 minutes.
* The work is entirely remote with a flexible schedule.

Requirements:
* Native proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
* A friendly and comfortable communication style.
* A stable and reliable internet connection.
* The capability to record calls and produce accurate transcripts.
