We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with the bulk setup of 250 test e-commerce shops on our platform. This project is crucial for internal trial and system validation, focusing on a structured distribution plan for the Kenyan market. The successful freelancer will be responsible for creating and configuring each shop, ensuring strict adherence to our naming conventions and data-entry standards.

Project Scope:

Create 250 individual shop accounts on our e-commerce platform. We will provide all necessary credentials.
Assign each newly created shop to a specific Kenyan county, following a predefined structured distribution plan.
Ensure all naming and data-entry conventions are strictly followed to maintain data integrity and consistency.

Shop Setup Requirements:

Each shop must have a unique name, generated according to our provided format.
Accurate assignment of each shop to its designated Kenyan county, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all counties.
Selection and configuration of an appropriate business category for each shop (e.g., Electronics, fashion, groceries).
Completion of the basic profile setup for every shop.

Product Upload:

For each of the 250 shops, upload between 5 to 15 products.
Each product entry must include a name, category, price, and a short description.
It is essential to avoid duplication of products and to ensure that all placeholder data is of high quality and meaningful.

Data Quality Standards:

Maintain consistent formatting across all shop profiles and product listings.
Verify accurate county assignments for each shop.
Ensure no random or meaningless entries are made; all data must be purposeful and adhere to instructions.
Careful adherence to all provided instructions is paramount.

Deliverables:
