I run 2 e-commerce websites in Taiwan in the health and wellness niche, and I want someone to take care of customer support through:
1. Email (Freshdesk platform)
2. Social Network (Facebook and Instagram).
Your main tasks:
1. Know the products and explain to the customers if they have any doubts.
2. Reply to emails
3. Reply to social network private messages
4. Create tickets
