Greetings, I am looking for a Chinese speaker (traditional Chinese) to be part of my customer service department.

I run 2 e-commerce websites in Taiwan in the health and wellness niche, and I want someone to take care of customer support through:
1. Email (Freshdesk platform)
2. Social Network (Facebook and Instagram).


Your main tasks:
1. Know the products and explain to the customers if they have any doubts.
2. Reply to emails
3. Reply to social network private messages
4. Create tickets

Please only apply if you are available for a long term position (above 6 months).
