Client Success Manager – JAR Consulting Group, llc

jar consulting group, llc is seeking a client success manager (csm) to join our growing team. The CSM will be the main point of contact for clients once a sales contract is signed, ensuring smooth onboarding, strong communication, and consistent results throughout the client relationship. This role connects business development and operations, managing expectations and making sure all marketing deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities:
    •    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from contract signing through the duration of the relationship.
    •    Manage client onboarding, ensuring smooth handoff from business development to fulfillment teams.
    •    Coordinate with internal operations and fulfillment teams to execute marketing campaigns and deliverables.
    •    Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
    •    Track and verify that all marketing fulfillment tasks are completed accurately.
    •    Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and results to clients.
    •    Identify and resolve issues quickly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
    •    Ensure client goals are clearly defined, documented, and consistently met.
    •    Build and maintain long-term client relationships, supporting retention and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
    •    Proven experience in account management, client success, or project management.
    •    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    •    Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
    •    Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
    •    Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM platforms (preferred but not required).
    •    Strong focus on accountability, results, and client satisfaction.

This is a client-facing role where success is measured by client retention, goal achievement, and the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. The Client Success Manager is the trusted partner that ensures our clients see results and value from their relationship with JAR Consulting Group.
