OMISP is seeking a visionary Full-Stack Developer to join as a Co-Founder and Technical Partner to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for our "Founder Performance Visibility Engine" and two-sided marketplace. This is a long-term partnership opportunity for someone passionate about AI-driven venture capital. OMISP was accepted into the prestigious Microsoft for Startups program in June 2025.
Project Overview:
OMISP is designed to help early-stage founders build credibility through real-time performance tracking, providing VCs with a vetted, data-driven deal flow. We offer a world-class development environment, including access to advanced ai development tools, premium ai templates, and extensive cloud credits to facilitate rapid and efficient development.
What You Will Build (MVP Scope):
* Multi-Agent AI: Implement the core "Omi Chat" orchestrator and specialized agents (Pitch, Revenue, Strategy).
* Data Infrastructure: Set up secure storage using Azure SQL or Cosmos DB for founder metrics and milestones.
* Web Portal: Develop a responsive dashboard for Founders and VCs hosted on Azure App Service, utilizing Microsoft Entra ID for secure authentication.
Technical Requirements:
* Proficiency in full-stack development (React/
Next.js,
Node.js/Python).
* Strong interest or experience in Azure Cloud and AI services.
* Ability to leverage available AI templates for accelerated development.
Compensation & Vision:
