Description:
We’re looking for hungry, high-energy Cold Calling Representatives to join our fast-growing outreach team. As part of our lead generation agency, you’ll help connect qualified homeowners with real solutions across multiple industries — from lowering utility bills with solar, to protecting homes from seasonal pests, to helping sellers offload unwanted real estate.
This is not a scripted robot job. You’ll be trained to use real persuasion psychology, engage homeowners with curiosity-based questions, and book qualified appointments for our licensed partners. If you’re good on the phone, quick on your feet, and ready to grow — we want you.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls daily using our qualified lead lists and NEPQ-style scripts
Spark interest using curiosity-driven openers across solar, pest control, and REI campaigns
Overcome objections respectfully, without being pushy or robotic
Set appointments or live-transfer interested prospects to specialist teams
Document lead notes, updates, and follow-ups in our CRM system
Consistently meet outreach targets with performance bonuses tied to results
