Key Responsibilities:

Analyze insurance applications, policies, and client information.

Communicate with producers to negotiate coverage and pricing.

Prepare submissions (including ACORDS applications), obtain quotes over email and online platforms, and complete marketing summaries.

Prepare accurate proposals and manage bind orders.

Maintain complete documentation in the agency management system (Applied Epic).

Requirements:

Bilingual (english and spanish)

1-3 years of Commercial P&C insurance experience

Active insurance Property & Casualty License preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Applied Epic experience preferred

Project overview

We are an insurance agency focused on commercial P&C insurance. We are looking for someone to help us secure competitive insurance quotes and coverages from our insurance carrier partners. This individual will work closely with our producers and Account Managers to review risks, negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and manage the marketing and binding process in our agency management software (Applied Epic).
