Creative Scriptwriter for Motivational Youtube Channel

We are seeking a talented and creative scriptwriter to join our team for a new YouTube channel. Our channel will focus on delivering engaging content through motivational stories, real-life documentaries, and powerful life lessons. We aim to produce high-quality, deep, and engaging videos that help our audience learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Write original, human-like scripts that are not detectable as AI-generated content.
- Develop scripts in a compelling storytelling style, similar to Dhruv Rathee or BBC documentaries.
- Produce scripts approximately 1500-2000 words in length, suitable for 20-minute videos.
- Ensure each line is concise, conversational, and easy to understand.
- Include clear animation scene prompts at the end of each line for our video editor.
- Maintain a natural, motivational, and easy-to-understand language throughout the scripts.
- Topics will vary, including but not limited to: education traps, village success stories, mental health awareness, and online scams.

Goals:
- Contribute to building a high-quality YouTube channel.
- Create impactful videos that resonate deeply with our audience.
- Establish a long-term working relationship with a dedicated writer.

Key Requirements:
- Proven excellent English writing skills.
- Strong understanding of how to capture and maintain audience attention through storytelling.
- Previous experience in writing scripts for YouTube channels or documentaries is highly preferred (please provide samples).
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, delivering 1-2 scripts per week.

We are offering an initial budget of $10-$20 per script, which is negotiable for a long-term partnership based on performance and quality.
