Preciso de alguém que se comprometa a criar e me entregar pronto um aplicativo WEB. Não é um desenvolviment complexo e tenho idéia formada do que preciso.
  O sistema deve ser desenvolvido em Cloud (Azure, Amazon ou algum outro seguindo a mesma linha). Preferencialmente para Ruby ou HTML5.
