Crm & Email Copywriter (English + Spanish)

Summary
CRM & Email Marketing Specialists
We help fast-growing brands build strong connections with their audiences through creative email marketing and CRM. We’re now looking for junior copywriters and CRM specialists across Latin America to join our international team.

What you’ll do
🔹 60% – Support the creation of weekly campaigns for 3–4 client brands (always in collaboration with a teammate).
🔹 20% – Help build and improve automations (SMS & Email).
🔹 20% – Assist in reporting on performance and suggesting ideas for improvement.
You’ll have freedom to be creative: as long as you respect each brand’s DNA, originality is more than welcome!

Work setup
Freelance, full-remote – based anywhere in LATAM 🌎
Flexible schedule – organize your day as you like. What matters is delivering emails that impress our clients 😎

Who we’re looking for
Someone curious, detail-oriented, rigorous and eager to learn.

English – Essential (writing impactful emails + collaborating with international clients).

Spanish – Essential for some of our clients.

You don’t need 10 years of experience — motivation and creativity are key!

Compensation
