We are seeking a friendly, professional, helpdesk assistant to handled customer service for our Shopify store. The role includes tracking orders, replying to customer questions and order inquiries, checking on our status, some availability on live chat. The amount of work would be about 1-2 hours a day M-F.



We use a helpdesk application called Gorgias which creates tickets from all sources -- live chat, email, Facebook messenger, fb, and ig comments. The ideal candidate is fluent in English comfortable working in Gorgias with ticketing and macros. We have a series of pre-made scripts to facilitate communication.



The position starts right away, and could grow to a large role as our company grows.
