We use a helpdesk application called Gorgias which creates tickets from all sources -- live chat, email, Facebook messenger, fb, and ig comments. The ideal candidate is fluent in English comfortable working in Gorgias with ticketing and macros. We have a series of pre-made scripts to facilitate communication.
The position starts right away, and could grow to a large role as our company grows.
