Join a Fast-Growing Dropshipping Team!
We are a rapidly expanding dropshipping business with multiple active Shopify stores and we’re still growing. To support our expansion, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent who can speak english and brazilian to help us add and optimize products for our Stores.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, and whatsapp
Providing clear, friendly, and professional communication in every interaction
Checking order statuses, tracking shipments, and assisting with delivery issues
Coordinating with the logistics and supplier teams to resolve problems
Handling refund and exchange requests following company policies
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Following SOPs internal workflows and templates to ensure consistent, high-quality service
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with customer service for dropshipping
- Experience with Shopify
- Understanding customer behavior
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn and follow our proven workflow
- Availability to work 6 days per week
- Flexible and adaptable mindset as the business continues to grow
