Work as a customer support expert in online chat for an aspiring coaching platform. The chat provides emotional support and general advice within the coaching field. We provide initial training and an extensive list of materials for your reference.
The shift is 4 hours long, with set working hours from 2 am to 6 am CET (Central European Time). You can choose up to 7 working shifts per week, and also engage in different working hours if you are interested. The main conversation language is English, so we require your level to be Upper Intermediate or Advanced.

Project overview

Our coaching platform aims to make coaching accessible to everyone because we truly believe in this approach as a whole. The platform grants access to a wide range of self-coaching materials, online chats with trained support representatives, and video sessions with certified coaches if the customer wants to take their self-development journey to the next level.
