Who we are: We are a fast-growing Online company, a leader in the sex education industry delivering professional and elegant courses that help save marriages affected by a starved intimate life.

Our team is composed of multicultural remote members and we are currently looking for a new addition to the squad. An A-Player that is passionate about helping our customers through chat, tickets, and phone support.

You will be at the front of the business talking and helping our customers. Your role will be key and thus we are looking for only the best. If you think you are a good fit, please submit your application.


Role objective: To provide great customer support via all our communication mediums, chat, calls, and tickets.
KPIs: Customer Satisfaction Rating.
Classification: Full-time, permanent, salary.


Start Date: May 1st, 2021
First PayRoll: May 15th, 2021

Benefits/ Compensation Package:
- Monthly salary - to be discussed based on qualifications.
- Two (2) weeks paid vacations per year. (10 business days)
- Five (5) paid sick days.

- Monthly internet reimbursement up to $50.00/month.
- $300.00 Sign-up bonus credit to purchase equipment for work. Available after 1 month probation period.

- Freedom of location to work and complete tasks at your convenience.

Initial responsibilities:
- Provide email, phone, and chat support to customers, assisting them with purchasing problems, product inquiries, access issues, membership cancelations, refunds, etc.
- Managing and delivering key performance metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction rating.
- Applying best practices for customer support and updating our knowledge-based content (helpdesk articles) to continually improve the customer service experience of our customers.

- Perform follow-up calls on warm clients and leads to help close sales.
- Communicate customers’ feedback to the team and help identify opportunities to improve the company's marketing, sales strategies, product development, and product delivery.


Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident with sexuality topics as our products and courses are on the topic of sexuality.
- You genuinely enjoy interacting and helping customers through online support.

- You are comfortable working in repetitive tasks and are detailed-oriented.
- Quiet room/environment.
- Able to work in Pacific Standard Time.

- Familiarity with the tools we use is a plus (Zendesk, Ontraport, 1ShoppingCart)
- Experience with customer support is an advantage but not a requirement. Even if you haven't done customer support, but you are good with people, you can still apply.
- If you can speak Spanish, it will also be a plus in your application so please mention it.
