The client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant for a long-term, remote, part-time role. This individual will provide comprehensive support across personal and business domains, assisting in the development of an international digital business and media brand. Key responsibilities include: Personal Management & Accountability: Daily check-ins, calendar and schedule management, organizing priorities, productivity follow-up, and deadline reminders. Remote Job Search & Career Support: Assisting with job searches, application tracking, recruiter outreach, and identifying international remote opportunities. Research & Administrative Support: Conducting market and business research, organizing files and documents, managing spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), and summarizing internet research. Media & Content Support: Helping organize social media content, researching topics such as geopolitics, global strategy, U.S. Politics, and
U.S.China relations, and supporting operations on various media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, be highly organized, reliable, and proactive. A stable internet connection is essential, along with familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets, strong research abilities, and prior administrative or virtual assistant experience. Comfort with AI tools is also valued. This is a part-time position, requiring 2-5 hours daily, with competitive compensation and opportunities for long-term growth.
